Spectator Information

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

HEALTH PROTOCOLS

  • NO weapons (regardless of permit, including, but not limited to, firearms and knives/pocket knives)
  • NO pets (other than service animals)
  • NO coolers
  • NO fireworks or laser pointers
  • NO noise-making devices
  • NO signs, posters and/or banners
  • NO televisions, radios, computers or laptops
  • NO outside food and/or beverages, except for medical or infant needs
  • NO plastic, metal or glass cups, cans or containers of any kind, except for medical or infant needs
  • NO metal-spiked golf shoes
  • Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the PGA TOUR Champions and/or Tournament Security Personnel, in their sole discretion

PERMITTED ITEMS

The following items are ALLOWED into the tournament:

  • Mobile phones, tablets, and PDA’s – MUST be on silent mode and adhere to the PGA TOUR’S Mobile Device Policy
  • Still camera with lens smaller than 6 inches; no case (During Practice Rounds Only)
  • Umbrellas without sleeve
  • Medically necessary supplies, strollers, small diaper bags, plastic baby bottles and other necessary baby supplies (infant must be with carrier) – items subject to search before entering and/or at any time during the tournament.
  • Collapsible chairs without chair bags
  • Binoculars without case
  • Seat cushions that do not require a carrying case or that do not have pockets or compartments.

BEVERAGES POLICY

No alcoholic beverages are permitted to be served or sold, to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) years.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone unable to provide proper identification to verify age or anyone who appears intoxicated.

PAYMENT

The 2024 Regions Tradition will accept cash and card.

COCA-COLA SPECTATOR VILLAGE

Come relax, eat great food and enjoy signature cocktails or a cold beer. The Coca-Cola Spectator Village is located on the back half of the driving range tee and offers great views of players hitting on the range. This area is open to the public and there will be food trucks, umbrella tables, a merchandise tent and more. Come enjoy this tournament hot spot!

WHITE CLAW WATERING HOLE

The White Claw Watering Hole is located on the par 3, 10th hole, and is a great spot to spend your day at the tournament! The following areas are open to the public, no hospitality pass is needed:

  • 10th Tee Courtyard – directly behind the 10th tee
  • White Claw Wave Bar – located on player’s right of the 10th tee
  • Drip Club IV Tent – located on the right of the 10th fairway
  • Redmont Vodka Lounge – directly in front of the 10th hole
  • Cutter’s Cigar Lounge – located on player’s left of the 10th hole

CONCESSIONS

Numerous concession stands are located on the course serving a wide variety of food and beverage items. Breakfast, lunch, and snack items will be available.

There will be food trucks located in the Coca-Cola Spectator Village. Smaller, limited menu concessions stands are on the 4th and the 14th holes. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the tournament. Concession stands and mobile concession carts are equipped to accept cash and debit/credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

FIRST AID

First Aid stations are located in the Clubhouse parking lot and throughout the course on Hole 4, between Holes 7 and 8, and between Holes 15 and 16.

GATES

Gates open at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday and 8:00 a.m. Thursday – Sunday.

JUNIOR TICKETS

Juniors 15 and under are admitted FREE with a ticketed adult.

Juniors must have proper credentials to enter hospitality areas.

LOST & FOUND

Lost and found is kept at the admission gate at the main entrance until 5:00 p.m. each day. After 5:00 p.m., items will be taken to the Tournament Office. The Tournament Office can be reached at 205-969-9229.

MERCHANDISE SHOP

Stop by the Merchandise Shop in the Coca-Cola Spectator Village. Items for sale include caps, golf shirts, pin flags, golf balls, accessories, t-shirts and children’s apparel. The merchandise shop will open when the gates open and remain open until the end of play.

MILITARY APPRECIATION

All active and retired military will receive free grounds access upon arrival with valid military I.D. Wednesday – Sunday of tournament week.

MOBILE DEVICE/PHONE POLICY

Please SILENCE your mobile device at all times. Devices may be used to capture video, audio, and photos for personal use only, in all areas during tournament week. The use of flash is NOT permitted. Data use is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week. No live streaming or real-time coverage is permitted. Please refrain from using your mobile device on-course, near play.

PROFESSIONAL CAMERA POLICY

Cameras are permitted for general spectator use ONLY during the Pro-Am on Wednesday. The use of flash is NOT permitted. Photography is restricted to accredited press with proper media credentials during the tournament rounds Thursday-Sunday.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following CANNOT be brought into the tournament:

  • Personal bags 6″ x 6″ or smaller
  • Clear plastic, vinyl or other carry items not exceeding 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • A one-gallon clear resealable bag
  • At the tournament’s discretion, food may enter the tournament in a clear, resealable plastic bag, not to exceed the size of a one (1) gallon bag
  • Reusable plastic or metal cups/bottles that are empty upon entry and exit, and cannot hold more than 32-ounces
  • Mobile phones, tablets, and PDA’s – MUST be on silent mode and adhere to the PGA TOUR’S Mobile Device Policy
  • Still camera with lens smaller than 6 inches; no case (During Practice Rounds Only)
  • Umbrellas without sleeve
  • Medically necessary supplies, strollers, small diaper bags, plastic baby bottles and other necessary baby supplies (infant must be with carrier) – items subject to search before entering and/or at any time during the tournament.

  • Binoculars without case
  • Seat cushions that do not require a carrying case or that do not have pockets or compartments.
  • Motorized scooters or other personal transportation devices when used as a mobility aid by individuals with mobility impairment

RESTROOMS

Public restrooms are available throughout the golf course.

WEATHER WARNING AND SUSPENSION OF PLAY

If inclement weather is approaching, a “Weather Warning” notification will be posted on all electronic scoreboards on the course. When this message appears, spectators are advised to take immediate precaution by evacuating the bleachers. In the event of a “Severe Weather” warning and a suspension of play, please proceed to the bus loading area to be returned to your car for safety. A suspension of play is preceded by an air horn signal. Suspension of play is a stoppage of play, not necessarily a cancellation of play for the day. A notification for play to resume will be given to each parking lot.
