Spectator Information

ATM - For spectator convenience, an on-site ATM will be available at the main entrance. 

AUTOGRAPHS - Autographs are permissible but not during a player's round. Best places for autographs are behind the practice range (outside of the ropes), the putting green, and 18th Green after the conclusion of the player's round.

BEVERAGES POLICY - No alcoholic beverages may be served or sold, or are permitted to be served or sold, to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) years.

CAMERA POLICY - Cameras are permitted for general spectator use ONLY during the Pro-Am on Wednesday. The use of flash is NOT permitted. Photography is restricted to accredited press with proper media credentials during the tournament rounds Thursday-Sunday.

COCA-COLA SPECTATOR VILLAGE - Come relax, eat great food, and enjoy signature cocktails or a cold beer. The Coca-Cola Spectator Village is located on the back half of the driving range tee and offers great views of players hitting on the range. This area is open to the public and there will be umbrella tables, a merchandise tent, and more. Come enjoy this tournament hot spot!

CONCESSIONS - Numerous concession stands are located on the course serving a wide variety of food and beverage items. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the tournament. Concession stands and mobile concession carts are equipped to accept Debit/Credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

GATES - Gates open Wednesday through Friday at 7:00 AM and 6:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

HANDICAP PARKING - Handicap parking is conveniently located in Lot A. A handicap accessible shuttle will transport individuals to the drop off point in front of the clubhouse. Only official state issued handicap tags will be permitted. See map for Lot A.

JUNIOR TICKETS - Juniors 18 and under are admitted FREE (GROUNDS admission only) when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Junior tickets can be printed here.

LOST & FOUND - Lost and found is kept at the admission gate at the main entrance until 5:00 p.m. each day. After 5:00 p.m., items will be taken to the Tournament Office.

MERCHANDISE SHOP - Stop by the Merchandise Pavilion in the Coca-Cola Spectator Village. Items for sale include caps, golf shirts, golf flags, golf balls, metals, t-shirts, and children's apparel. The merchandise shop will be open when the gates open and will close following the end of play.

MILITARY APPRECIATION - All active and retired military, along with their guests, will receive free grounds access upon arrival with valid military I.D. Wednesday - Sunday of tournament week. 

MOBILE DEVICE/PHONE POLICY - Please SILENCE your mobile device at all times. Phone calls are allowed in designated areas only. Devices may be used to capture video, audio, and photos for personal use only, in all areas during tournament week. The use of flash is NOT permitted. Data use is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week. No live streaming or real-time coverage is permitted. Please refrain from using your mobile device on-course, near play. 

PARKING - There are two different parking locations for the 2018 Regions Tradition, the Public and Lot A-VIP. Shuttles will run from each of these lots to Greystone. 

           Lot A - VIPs, Caddies, Volunteers, and Media
           Monday - Saturday: 3145 Brook Highland Pkwy, Birmingham AL 35242, Church of Brook Hills
           Sunday: 300 Corporate Pkwy, Birmingham, AL 35242, across Hwy 280 from Greystone 

           Public Lot 
           Wednesday - Friday: 7161 Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham, AL 35242 
           Saturday & Sunday: 2700 Corporate Drive, Birmingham, AL 35242 

PERMITTED ITEMS - The following items are allowed into the tournament: 

PROHIBITED ITEMS - The following cannot be brought into the tournament:

  • No cameras (other than practice rounds and Pro-Am for personal photographic use only)
  • No video cameras (all week)
  • No bags larger than a small 6 x 6 purse, including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags, or chair bags
  • No clear plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12 x 6 x 12
  • No cases and/or covers (such as a chair or umbrella covers)
  • No lawn or oversize chairs
  • No seat cushions in a carrying case or that have pockets or compartments
  • No bicycles
  • No signs, posters, and/or banners
  • No televisions, radios, computers, or laptops
  • No fireworks or laser pointers
  • No food and/or beverages, except for medical or infant needs
  • No plastic, metal, or glass cups, cans or containers of any kind, except for medical or infant needs 
  • No coolers
  • No pets (other than service animals)
  • No metal-spiked golf shoes
  • No noise-making devices
  • No weapons (regardless of permit, including, but not limited to, firearms and knives)
  • Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the Champions TOUR and/or Tournament Security Personnel, in their sole discretion
  • Parents with small children are allowed to bring strollers and diaper bags, if needed. The items are subject to reasonable inspection before entering and/or at any time during the tournament

RESTROOMS - Located throughout the golf course.

WEATHER WARNING AND SUSPENSION OF PLAY - If inclement weather is approaching, a "Weather Warning" notification will be posted on all electronic scoreboards on the course. When this message appears, spectators are advised to take immediate precaution by evacuating the bleachers. In the event of a "Severe Weather" warning and a suspension of play, please proceed to the bus loading area to be returned to your car for safety. A suspension of play is preceded by an air horn signal. Suspension of play is a stoppage of play, not necessarily a cancellation of play for the day. A notification to play will be given in each parking lot.

WILL CALL - Will Call is located at the tournament main entrance as well as at the Lot A drop-off location. Public parking will drop you off in front of the main entrance. Lot A shuttles will drop you off at the Lot A entrance.
