Football Capital of the South

On Wednesday May 16th, you'll want to paint your face and tailgate as Greystone becomes the Football Capital of the South. Get up close with a Who's Who of big names from the football world and beyond as they try their hand at golf. Kids of all ages will discover famous people to see and fun things to do.

Smile and get your picture taken with Alabama's newest National Championship Trophy. This special photo opportunity will take place in the Merchandise Tent in the Coca-Cola Spectator Village from 9am - Noon.

One putt each from 50 feet for a special cause. Make it, and our celebrities will earn $20,000 for Children's of Alabama for every putt they sink. Cheer them on from 7:30 - 9am as they take their turns on the practice putting green.

You've seen Jay Barker, Brodie Croyle, John Parker Wilson and Greg McElroy quarterback Alabama to special victories on the football field dating to the 1992 National Championship. Now watch them compete from tee to green in a unique golf pairing.

A new Classic Tradition! Watch the head coaches from the historic Magic City Classic -- Alabama A&M's Connell Maynor and Alabama State's Donald Hill-Eley -- compete head-to-head in match play. Winner earns a $2,500 scholarship for his school presented by Finley Media.

Alabama's Big Al, Auburn's Aubie, UAB's Blaze, Alabama A&M's Butch the Bulldog and Alabama State's Stinger bring their crowd-pleasing antics to the Coca-Cola Spectator Village starting at 9am.
